Moving into New Position

So after all that's happened as a grad student and part time assistant for the School of Graduate Studies, I am pleased to say that I have started a full time temporary position as SGS Program Specialist. Dean Wood has written an official welcome that I would like to share:

The School of Graduate Studies is pleased to welcome Ms. Auburn Phillips, who is beginning a position as the SGS Program Specialist.  Ms. Phillips recently completed her Master of Arts degree at the U of L, and also has worked for the SGS on a part-time basis in the past, monitoring and updating the various SGS social media.  Any queries or recommendations related to the application process, the SGS website, or other SGS social media (blog, facebook, twitter) should be forwarded to Ms. Phillips.

Since I am now finished my masters degree, I will be seeking more guest grad student bloggers for this blog -- while I may reminisce and will still post news and events, it doesn't make a whole lot of sense for me to post about my personal experiences as a grad student when I'm no longer a graduate student... so if you would like to be featured on the blog, please let me know! Feel free to email me at auburn.phillips@uleth.ca or call my office at 403-329-5194.
